Delivery Fee

A delivery fee of $50 (GST Inc) is charged within 10kms radius of any Able store. If the distance is between 10 and 15kms a fee of $70 (GST Inc) is applicable. We do not deliver outside of 15kms. The delivery fee covers multiple items. However, we will only deliver once all items on the invoice are in stock. We will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery if all items on the invoice are not available and we will do this prior to the booked/scheduled delivery date. If the customer requires us to do a part shipment, additional delivery charges may apply and if so they should be paid prior to delivery.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to locations within 15kms of any Able Store. Generally your order will be delivered by our distribution warehouse. There may be instances where we will send your delivery via a third party courier or delivery service.

When do we deliver?

Deliveries are generally scheduled during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you require a delivery outside of these hours, it will have to be arranged specially when you are contacted to arrange the drop off.

What's included?

Delivery costs generally include the basic service of dropping off your appliance to your door. We only deliver to a single-storey premise.

What's excluded?

We do not do installation and old appliance removal. Further, we do not do plumbing, antenna, TV bracket or electrical connections or installations. You will have to arrange your own installer for these services at your cost.

Delivery Bookings

The sales person will book your delivery for your agreed time slot. We are unable to provide a time other than a day with either a morning or afternoon delivery. If you are unable to be on site you will advise the sales person that it is OK for a drop and go unattended delivery. We do not call before delivering, if fail to be on site and the delivery is not a drop and go then we will take the item back to our warehouse and you will be charged $65 for the next delivery. If you decide to cancel the sale after we have attempted delivery we will deduct $65 from the sale amount.

Cancellation of Delivery

If for any reason, you wish to cancel a delivery and reschedule to another time, you must notify Bong Madayag by phone or email on 3122 4172/ at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. If you fail to do so and we deliver on the scheduled day but you fail to be on site to receive the goods, you will be charged an additional delivey fee of $65.
